Our Staff

The staff that are selected to look after your child are checked with the Criminal Records Bureau (CRB). This ensures they are suitable to work with you child and care for them.

We are a staff of 8 with experience and qualifications that include Ba Hons in Early Years Education, Diploma in pre school practice, N.V.Q Level 2 childcare learning and development and N.V.Q level 3 development care and education. One member of staff is a qualified P.E Instructor. Parents are always welcome on a voluntary basis and twice a term we have a ‘bring your Parent/Carer to Pre-School day‘. From time to time we have students from local senior schools performing work experience, which has always proved to be successful.    

Our Pre-School Principal is responsible for the day to day running of the Pre-School, supported by our Deputy Manager. The Principal or Deputy will always be on duty during the opening and closing of the Pre-School.

All our staff are dedicated to improving their skills as professionals, which we encourage, providing opportunities for retraining or gaining new skills. We value our staff as they all play an important role in our dedication towards you and your child.
